Vegan Mayonnaise
A traditional mayonnaise made using Aqua Faba
Equipment
- 1 Stick Blender
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Aquafaba
- 3 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 275 ml Neutral oil such as Sunflower Don't use olive oil and the flavor is too strong
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix with a stick blender, after just one minute you have lovely creamy mayonnaise...
Notes
This mayonnaise keeps very well in a jam jar in the fridge - at least a month, maybe more. It is so easy, so cheap and so delicious there's no reason ever to buy mayonnaise again.
