With a background in psychology and a deep passion for food, I bring a unique and analytical approach to my plant-based cooking expertise. As a seasoned professional in the plant-based field, I run a successful cooking school in France catering to students of all levels, from beginners to professional chefs. In addition to teaching, I work as a private chef, cater for weddings and even curate gourmet plant-based holidays. My experience extends to training chefs and providing consultancy services including recipe development.
