Join Natalie for face-to-face workshops in her 16th Century auberge in the south of France. Usually workshops are included as part of a cooking holiday, but I can also do shorter courses whether you’re staying with us or not. More details are on the Le Cheval Blanc website.
In summer Natalie offers a series of cookery holidays where you’ll in the auberge for a long weekend. They can be quite intense with lots of workshops, or more mellow experiences where you’ll also spend time enjoying our beautiful region. The list of planned events is on the Le Cheval Blanc website.
One 2 One training
This is bespoke training, either face-to-face or via Zoom. This is great if you have very specific requirements and works especially well for restaurateurs looking to veganize their menus. Get in touch to start a conversation.
Cookalongs will be taking place soon. We’ll all cook together, interacting live via Zoom. Natalie will tell you in advance what ingredients you’ll need.
