I’ve spent the lockdown coming up with a new spin on Christmas favorites which I’m giving away free in my Indulgent Vegan Christmas Cookery Course. My recipes are a mixture of old favorites done really well alongside new and unexpected twists on Christmas staples, all vegan of course. I’m especially proud of my middle eastern sprouts which got my husband enjoying them for the first time in his life!
